From the moment I arrived, everything felt so professional and welcoming. I was offered coffee, and at one point he even brought me a bottle of water and reminded me to stay hydrated... which was such a thoughtful touch!

But the real magic was the end result. When he finished, I nearly cried because my hair looked so beautiful. It’s exactly what I wanted, but even better.

Karlos, thank you so much, honestly, you’re amazing at what you do. And Andreas… I’ll hold you to that prosecco next time! 😄🥂

He cuts the hair of my whole family, including 2 little children. He is great with them. The brazilian keratin treatment is the best I’ve had, compared to brazilian standards. Kaka is always very careful and attentive to the health of the hair, and everyone notices the quality of his services. Super recommend his salon! Best in our region for sure!
